The first is the line cutting process.

The next day after the completion of the construction of the wear-resistant epoxy floor paint, we must perform the cut-line processing of the expansion joints, because this is the best time to deal with expansion joints, too early too slow cutting will easily lead to collapse. The cutting process is a very technical job. Therefore, the epoxy floor paint construction personnel must have strong professional skills. If necessary, they must use infrared emitters for cutting. The width of the cutting expansion joint must be implemented according to the requirements of the design drawings

Second: Both sides of mortar processing.

After the elastic wire treatment of the expansion joint is completed, foreign materials such as cement mortar on both sides of the expansion joint should be processed immediately to avoid more difficult handling after complete drying.

Third: Foreign materials in the seam.

Before filling the expansion joints, the foreign objects in the expansion joints must be cut and cleaned with industrial vacuum cleaners, water jets, etc., and dried and then filled.

Fourth: caulking.

Before filling the expansion joints, first fill the sponge tape with the bottom of the expansion joint, and then use a glue gun to fill the joints. The filling method should be uniform and must not be broken.
